Changing your Life….


Over the last year, I have put on a good 30 lbs.  I know this is not healthy and I don’t like the feeling or the way I look.

I am planning to step up the exercise and work on the eating.

       I am going to start working on training for a 5k

       I would like to start with using the Jillian Michaels video 2x a week.

Others area of my life need to be changed also and will be updating the blog on these over the next few weeks.
